N4P Pte Ltd (“N4P”, “we”, “us”, “our”) recognises the importance of respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data, i.e. your personally identifiable information. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data and we are incorporated in Singapore (UEN 201425406Z) with principle address at 12 Kallang Avenue, #03-27, Aperia, Singapore, 339511.

By continuing your interactions with us, such as by submitting information to us, you confirm that you understand and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal data (or the personal data of any individual you provide) in the manner as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

We may collect and use the following data about you:

  • Information you give us – This is information you provide about you by filling up the forms on our site (https://www.koku.io/) or by corresponding with us (e.g. e-mail or phone call). The information you give us may include but not limited to (i) your name; (ii) your job title; (iii) your email address; (iv) your employer name; (v) your phone number; (vi) the country in which your employer is based; and (vii) the industry in which you operate.

Storage & data transfer

We transfer and store your information in Singapore and allow access to that information from other countries in which N4P operates to facilitate our global operations. Upon expressing of interest in N4P’s products, you consent to receiving marketing updates from us. We will send you relevant marketing information by email. Retention

We will store or otherwise process the Information you submit, including Personal Data, no longer than is necessary to comply with our contractual and legal obligations and to fulfil our legitimate business and compliance purposes. N4P Cookies Policy

This cookies policy (“Cookies Policy”) is intended to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information regarding what personally identifiable information we collect and how it is used.

N4P collects information that is typically not personally identifiable through the use of web technologies which include cookies, web beacons and JavaScript tags. These technologies may be placed directly by N4P or via our third-party providers. We reserve the right to implement different types of technologies or this purpose in the future.

We use cookies for the following purpose:

  • Strictly necessary – Essential in order to use our Website and its features
